Selecting multiple components
Helm generally follows normal Windows user-interface rules. There are several ways to select more than one item simultaneously:
Select with marquee (rectangle)
Click and drag in the work area and a dotted rectangle (marquee) follows the cursor. All items that are inside or intersect the marquee are selected.
Shift-click
Holding down the Shift key and clicking on items adds and removes them from the selection set. If you shift-click on a selected item it becomes selected and vice-versa.
Select Similar
Right-clicking on an item brings up a menu. If you choose the Select Similar command objects of the same type are selected.
