CastAway has two separate components, which are installed individually.
- The CastAway Engine performs the video and audio processing
- The CastAway Panel, which allows an operator to control and interact with CastAway engines.

Panel and Engine can be installed on separate computers, communicating over a network. We recommend this for most applications, but for evaluation and testing, both components can be installed on the same computer.
Both installers use a familiar Windows installer.
